Taking a people-centered approach to improving cultures and processes, Christian focuses on developing organizational culture’s and their people through the use of adult learning theories, project management skills, and continuous improvement knowledge. Christian has used her skills to help support numerous successful initiatives for change management and employee development through creating and implementing technical training, interpersonal skill development, Train-the-Trainer training, in-person and virtual facilitation, and computer-based education.
Christian holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University, Oxford, OH, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology with a concentration on training and performance improvement from Walden University. Maintaining certification in Project Management (PMP®) and designation as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Christian brings a wealth of skill and experience to every opportunity.
When Christian is not seeking to improve professional environments, she spends time volunteering at community events with her Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Sorors and engaging in food adventures.
